Delivery and returns policy

We offer standard delivery using 3rd party freight companies.  Due to Coronavirus we are  experiencing a reduction in service but will endeavour to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Standard delivery charge is €8 per parcel but over-sized orders will attract an addition shipping charges.

We have implemented best safe working practices and in accordance with government guidance are continuing to trade normally.


You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 30 days after the day of receipt for a full refund or exchange.  All goods must be returned unused and with their original undamaged packaging with all contents included for a refund to be granted.

All products sold by Pulse8 are premium quality products and carry manufacturer’s warranty to cover any issues.

Should a product develop a fault and become defective outside of the first 7 days of receipt of goods, but still within the first 30 days of ownership, the item will need to be returned to us by the customer using our free returns service and a warranty claim will be initiated by us, on your behalf.

Beyond the first 30 days of ownership and throughout the remaining warranty period, all warranty claims will be handled by the relevant manufacture products and you will need to contact them directly. Please get in touch so we can assist you with any issues you have.
